Miradores: The place with the best view

Miradores was conceived as a grand casona that discreetly accommodates five households. A staggered building footprint, interlocking rooflines and covered exterior walkways provide visual interest to the overall building while creating dramatic interior spaces. Slab staircases covered in flowering vine trellises lead to private entries. Grand gestures and small details combine to create a modern, hip jungle lodge.

From every part of the open living areas, your eyes will land on the water views beyond. Each residence has an open floor plan with high ceilings. Living areas spill onto oversized covered terraces. The two ground floor units enjoy nine-foot ceilings and include private exterior gardens. The three upper level units have dramatic cathedral ceilings with heavy timber beams, and oversized wraparound balconies on the end units. Each Miradores residence has sweeping water views.

The five units range from a 825 square foot, 1 1/2 bedroom unit to a 1,500 square foot, 3 bedroom unit. Interior appointments include air-conditioned bedrooms, plantation ceiling fans, and sustainably-grown tropical hardwood trim. Open kitchens feature custom wood cabinets, poured stone counters and all appliances. Baths have oversized showers finished in quarried stone and tile.
